Dean Sigler

Dean has 34 years’ experience as a technical writer working for electronics and engineering firms.  He documented systems and processes for “wafer fabs,” large-scale manufacturing plants that turn silicon wafers into computer chips.  His design and construction guides for one leader in the field led to the construction of over 15 fabrication facilities worldwide.   The range of skills he developed in studying the functional and operational characteristics of these plants led to his writing and presenting materials on electric aircraft.  He has served as blog writer for the CAFE Foundation for the last six years, to presentations at seven electric aircraft symposia, and to over 25 articles under the “Alternative Energies” heading inKitplanes magazine.
